So the trail / upfront video for Joss Whedon’s new offering on FOX this Fall is all over the Internet… really, I love the guy, I’ve loved all his shows, but this has 13 and out written all over it. Probably more like 8 and out with the remaining five episodes on the 13 episode guarantee being nice offered only on the inevitable “Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse, the Complete Series” DVD set.
I hope I’m wrong.

May 15th, 2008I finally bit the bullet and ordered OS X Leopard for two of my Macs. I’m thinking the Mini isn’t really a good candidate for it, since it’s first gen and I didn’t really get it tricked out with anything special even at the time, so it’ll have to be an iMac and PowerBook exclusive deal. Excitement!

Tales of Verizon
April 15th, 2008Normally I can’t stand making small talk at a store. I like a nice, brief in/out retail experience, and always have. Last night when I went to the Verizon store to get my phone upgrade to the LG Voyager I found myself shanghaied into conversation.
I probably should have seen the writing on the wall ahead of time, though, because T was with me, which typically means conversation will ensue. She’ll talk to anyone as if they’ve been friends for years while standing on line. It’s this whole big thing.
